Automatically add venue and organizers to ical imports

Most of the ical imports we use come from a specific venue. it would be nice to have the option of automatically adding a venue and/or organizer to all events from a specific feed.

Ability to update all calendar feeds

A button that allows you to manually refresh/update all calendar feeds (all at once) so that if an event/ events have been changed or updated, the new details can be pulled through straight away.
