HTTPS Hosted calendar - The images are uploaded as HTTP, not HTTPS

Hosted calendar with secure protocol: When an image is uploaded into the content or as featured, it should be HTTPS, but is still HTTP.

Increase the "medium size" for the images of the imported events.

When importing events, the images are being imported as well with the medium size. Still, that is low quality sometimes, so calendar owner has to increase the medium size. This can be controlled by Time.ly only for hosted calendars. For plugin ca...
