Improve cropping or remove images from One Shot Mailer

Right now many of the images on the one shot mailer are completely wonky because they are forced resize rather than cropped properly and they look unprofessional. Until this is corrected it would be helpful to have the option to send this One Shot...

Display venue address in each event.

This would give readers quicker access to vital information, without having to click elsewhere. All the relevant info would be in one place.
