Can not sign in within plugin settings

I have latest ver installed on multiple websites, on the sites where I am already logged in with my Timely account there are no issues. In a new project with same version the Show Form, or deactivate gzip link below if form will not show up do not work at all. No way to login which I believe will resolve the problem which is: datepickers, tabs with event details locations and all settings tabs do not function. I have disabled all other plugins with no change in the issue. The proble with changing from Genesis themes to standard WP theme to further test is all genesis customizations get lost, particularly custom sidebars etc. Can only one offer some advice or solution? I cant submit a ticket because theres no product associated (because I cant sign in on my plugin) with my account,
