I oversee every event on my calendar which means I have to search for events, edit every event and spend time extending and repeating events. Every time I edit an event I have to go back in and start my search over. Is it possible to make the edit either a pop-up or to allow it to open in another window. Between every action I have to click on 2-5 things which throughout a day adds a lot of extra time to my job.
example: a specific venue send a request to extend the dates of their events. I have to search out the event, click on one to edit, update/publish then return to "all events" search out the venue again, find the next event, then edit it. Multiply this times 10, just to update one venues dates.
example: an local kindie musician submits a request to extend event dates: I have to search out the musician, click on one to edit, update/publish then return to "all events" search out the venue again, find the next event, then edit it. Repeat
example: I am updating our listing for Easter - i use our Easter tag and then have to individually go through each event to update. If we have 100 Easter events, I have to go through each one, edit, publish, return to "my events", search out the events and then start again.
If it was possible to not return to the beginning menu every time I update an event and could instead return to the search I was on it would be a much more efficient work space.
