When creating a test account and pulling up the front end submission form for our calendar (https://womenscalendar.com/calendar/), I see that users have the option of selecting "Timely Tickets & RSVP" from the "COST & TICKETS" drop-down menu.
However, when selecting this option, users are shown the following text:
Timely Ticketing saves time & money. Create ticketing/registration for this event right here and now. You do not pay any ticketing fees (other than regular PayPal transaction costs). Create as many ticketing/registration events as you'd like.
Ticketing feature is not enabled for this website. Click here to add Timely Ticketing.

Not only does this text state that "Ticketing feature is not enabled for this website" (Timely has confirmed that it actually is enabled for our website/calendar), but it directs users OFF our site to Timely (https://time.ly/tickets-existing-users/) where they are encouraged to pay TIMELY for ticketing features.
Our goal is to have users pay us to sell tickets on out site, not direct them to a third party (Timely) to do the same.
How can this be resolved?
Can we change the link to point to our site (https://womenscalendar.com/sell-tickets/) where we provide video and documentation on selling tickets?
Can we remove the Timely Ticketing option altogether from the "COST & TICKETS" drop-down menu?
Thanks so much for your thoughtful consideration!
-Brian
Hi Brian, thanks for reporting this issue!
You're right. Timely tickets options should not be displayed on event submissions form.
I'll send it to our technical team to be fixed.
Thanks,
Timely Dev Team.
