Setting minimum image size requirements on frontend submissions

As a Hub owner, I want to set a minimum standard/requirement for images on frontend submissions.  Currently I set a maximum size (ie. 2M) - but I get poor quality images on occasion and I'd like the option of setting a minimum size limit as well.

It would be great to be able to request an image of a certain dimension ie 1024x512 as that is the ideal dimensions for twitter and it would be good to have one image that serves both purposes.

If the image is smaller than 1024 x 512 can a white border be added to compensate?

Hey Joselin, thanks for your comment! Feel free to vote/subscribe to this as that is influencing the roadmap score for the feature request.

For any type of web content 2MB is way to large an image file. Adding a line of instructions would be helpful here. For example - Please add images with minimum width of 600 pixels  for vertical or square images, 1024 for horizontal images optimized for web viewing at 72.
