Register for Events with account login

We would like to create online accounts for our website (and new Mobile App) for our retirement community's residents.  When they are logged in, we would know their Name, Address, Email, Phone, etc., so when they choose to tell us if they are coming to an event, we prefer that they not fill out any form, but rather just click a button.  That makes it easier on them, and we have better data integrity (people won't have typos or use nicknames).  And we will query what events people say they are going to and send them Push Notifications before each one as a reminder.
