There's a need for a public calendar which displays specific events/meetings that we desire to be public.
There are multiple possible event/meeting owners/creators and each should be empowered, at their discretion, to designate an event/meeting for the public calendar.
These event owners/creators should not have to execute a double-entry (into their own calendar as a scheduled appointment, and then into the Timely calendar).
There should be no need to advise anyone else of the need to enter a specific meeting/event into the Timely calendar (i.e. an admin or someone)
If these event/meeting owners/creators could simply add a Timely email address alias (i.e. firstname.lastname@example.org) to the invite list, then the Timely calendar could automatically accept the invite, and/or also advise the meeting creator/owner that their meeting coincides with another meeting in the public calendar (in case there's a need to avoid overlapping meetings in the public calendar).
