Notifications when tickets are purchased

It would be really helpful if we got an e-mail notification when tickets are purchased. Currently we get an e-mail when tickets are paid for, but in our case, we sometimes give tickets away at no charge or if someone has to reschedule their class they sign up using a prepaid ticket (one we just charge $0 for) and we have no way of knowing that someone is signed up. An e-mail notification would be nice or if there was a way to put a flag/marker on events in the dashboard to show that people have signed up! Thanks!
