Remove access to the Organize Tab from "Author" users

It would be useful to my calendar if the Author users on my calendar account did not have access to the Organize Tab settings (Organizers, Venues, Categories, Tabs, other custom filters). Leaving these settings open to be edited by others opens up the possibility of category and tabs being removed (or edited) and then some of the navigation pieces of the calendar would not function properly or the user experience that the Administrator user set up would not be in place.
