Approval of Author-submitted events

It would be useful to our calendar if events added to the calendar by Author users would need to be approved (just like submitted events). It would be useful if Author-submitted events would go into the Administrator user's Pending "folder and that a email notification was sent to the Administrator (just like submitted events). Additionally, it would also be useful if the Authors who added an event to the calendar were notified by email that they added an event to the calendar and notified by email that the event they added to the calendar was approved (the same way that it works for other calendar accounts to submit an event).
