The message "Tickets Not available yet" is display although they are available

User: "We had setup an event on our site to use Timely Ticketing not too long ago and all seemed to be working just fine.
Today, the event creator reached out to us to inform us that the ticketing information has been crossed out on their event page and a message stating that the tickets are "Not available yet" is displaying.

    Hey Brian - I'm raising this for our dev team to take a look. Can you please raise the "additional character appended" issue to support via Get Help so Ben can try reproducing it and he'll take it from there? Thanks.

    I believe the "additional character appended" issue isn't really an issue...

    Looking at the way Ben added the ticket, he placed quotation marks around the text he was quoting from the support ticket, and the end quote just happened to land immediately after the URL.
