Have an option to make filter groups required to fill out on Front end submission form

This saves me time as an event promoter especially if I do not want to approve posts before they are published. This way I know the event submitted to my calendar has been put in a corresponding category & filter group.

    This is incredibly important to make some of the filters mandatory to fill out in my situation.  For my site, I need to know what category to list their event and what location.
