Impossible to subscribe and sync with mobile devices

Calendar all in one if it is updated and is visible via the web with any browser, but it is impossible to subscribe (new users) and the synchronization with mobile devices where the subscription already exists are not updated either automatically or manually.

 

Problem affecting android devices, IOS and OS
